How to Prepare for Your DualSculpting

How to Prepare for Your DualSculpting in Orange County

Before going to any cosmetic procedure, it’s not uncommon to worry about how to prepare. You want to make sure that the procedure is as safe and effective as possible, and that you can be free of all potential complications. The good news is that procedures like DualSculpting don’t require any preparation – you can simply come to your session as you are, and have it completed in little time.

The Advantages of DualSculpting for Safety and Efficiency

One of the primary advantages of DualSculpting is that there is no pain, little medical clearance, and little to no risk of side effects. It’s a non-surgical procedure, which means you don’t have to get lab works, go to your primary care for physical and examination, and get clearance for surgery. Furthermore, since it is a non-invasive procedure, you do not have to worry about medicine interactions, blood clots, or any of the other risks associated with surgery. It is also generally pain free, with the exception of some cold discomfort in the beginning.

All of these factors represent the many advantages of DualSculpting, which is why those in Los Angeles and Orange County are often pleased to learn that there is currently no medically necessary way to prepare for your DualSculpting Session.

DualSculpting: No Preparation Needed

DualSculpting is safe and effective. You can come to Orange County CoolSculpting ®, have the procedure completed, and be out in no time. There is no medically necessary way to prepare for DualSculpting. However, the procedure is an hour or more, which means there are some ways you can prepare for the time you spend at the session:

  • Eat, Go to the Bathroom – Make sure you’re ready with general preparation, as it’s best to not take any breaks once DualSculpting starts. If your session is early in the morning or at lunch time, make sure that you’ve at least had breakfast, maybe a bit of water, and that you’ve tried to go the bathroom beforehand so that you don’t have to go while it’s being completed.
  • Have Something to Do – You’ll be wide awake throughout the procedure, which means it’s a good idea to have something on hand to do while you wait. If you have a tablet, a book, a crossword puzzle, or some other activity you enjoy doing that you can do to pass the time, you should make sure you bring it.
  • Cover Up – Although DualSculpting is completely safe, bruising and redness is possible. So if you’re the self-conscious type, make sure you have some clothes that you can use to cover the bruise. This is only important for those that plan on going out after their DualSculpting session is over and want to avoid the explanation of why the bruise is there.

It’s still important to talk to our CoolSculpting ® technicians and make sure that they don’t have any recommendations for you before you come into Orange County CoolSculpting ®. But our DualSculpting procedure is a safe, effective, empirically validated way to fight fat and contour the body, and that means that, medically speaking, no preparation is likely needed before you have the procedure completed.
